Thanks guys for taking time out to visit my blog. I Just wanted to create a forum for sharing Agile project methodology experiences on large size DW projects.

Just to break the ice, we are currently working on an extremely large and complicated Agile project and I happen to be a part of DW team on the project. We are seeing some challenges, when it comes to applying some of the Agile techniques to DW simply because of complexity, non-uniformity and sheer volume.
